STUPIDEST PHONE CALL EVER???

So I call a company that will go un-named (Suntrust Investment Services - whoops!) to place a trade (on which they make money) and after pushing a button, and another button, get the following:

ring, ring, ring, ring…ring, ring, ring…ring…etc.etc…ring, ring, ring…”We’re sorry, there’s no answer, goodbye” CLICK - WTF!!!

There’s no answer…at 2:30 in the afternoon…and who’s fault is that???
