Is it just me or does it seem that the flag has been flying half-staff
for ex-Pres Gerald Ford for longer than he was actually President?
And especially for a man who became President because he
was Vice-President; and became Vice-President when Spiro Agnew
was forced to quit. I mean, we're talking about a man who was not
elected to either office, and did such a poor job that he wasn't
re-elected.
But hey, that's just me...
