SHREVEPORT, La. -- There's some monkey business at Chimp Haven.
Teresa the chimp had a baby, but managers aren't sure how she got in the family way.
Officials at the Louisiana retirement home for primates said that all the males there have had vasectomies and shouldn't be able to father any little hairy ones.
Workers at Chimp Haven are collecting hair samples from all the males for DNA testing to determine who's the daddy.
Once the father is identified, it will be back to the operating room to get the vasectomy redone.
Officials at Chimp Haven said they have a sponsor for Teresa and her baby, so they'll be able to stay at the sanctuary together.
Maybe they should be DNA testing the employees too...
