“I will legitimately miss Miller High Life Light. I know. It's the Brüt of the Champagne of Beers. I can't help myself. I might be drinking one right now on my day off. Rick Wolfe, who run the Brewer's Tasting Room in Pinellas, told me one of the hardest things to do in brewing is a beer like the High Life. "They found a way to strip out all the color and all the taste," he told me while we discussed the #2015LocalBeerYear project. "That's hard to do."”
