Well, our forward thinking school board here in Poke County, FL has
once again shown their high level of intelligence. An article in the paper today
talks about how 4 of the 7 members would vote AGAINST any regulation
requiring our schools to teach evolution! And 1 more is unsure...unsure of
whether she has a brain, I would suppose. And this in a county with one
of the lowest graduation rates in the state...and let's not forget one of the
highest teen pregnancy rates. Yes, we're an intelligent bunch here;
apparently intelligent by design, which is why we're not evolving as
fast as the rest of the country, let alone the world.
Yes, the world of Taliban Christians is a wonderful place to be, here in the
1700s...whoops...
I mean the 2000s.
