...Our menu options have changed.
Now, I don't now if you make as many or more phone calls as I do, but doesn't it seem that everybody you call with a pushbutton phone answering system always says that? Why can't these people make up their mind about numbering their options and just keep it that way? What's so confusing (for them-not us) about deciding on what options they need and just keeping them that way?
Here's a thought: Get rid of your damn options and hire yourself a human being!!!
